We want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns allowed within 7 days of product delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags.
- Non-returnable items: Personal care, undergarments, digital products, customized items.
2. Refund Timeline
- Refunds processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
- Mode of refund will match original payment method.
3. Replacement Policy
- If the product is defective/wrong, a replacement will be arranged.
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
4. How to Request a Return
- Log in → My Orders → Select Order → Request Return.
•Courier will collect the item or you may drop it at a Packly return center.
